Newborn Package

Prenatal to 3 Months

First time parent with no clue how you're supposed to get this tiny human to sleep (it's ok, most of us get zero education on newborn sleep before our little bundle of joy arrives)? Second (or third, or fourth) time parent wanting to get your child off to the right start with sleep.....this time, and avoid sleeping problems at 6, 9, or even 12 months and beyond? Just wish your newborn would sleep for more than 45 minutes at a time? 

I understand what it feels like to celebrate if you're even able to get a shower accomplished in a day or if you're able to shove some halfway nutritious food in your mouth while caring for a newborn baby. I've been there. And if I had known then what I know now, I would have began teaching my son healthy sleep habits from day 1. It's never too early to start and if you do, you can look forward to more showers and more baby free meals in the near future....not to mention more sleep for both YOU and your baby.

The Newborn Package is for expecting families or families who have a newborn baby (0 to 12 weeks old). It also makes a fantastic baby shower gift for someone you love!  I will provide you with:


  • knowledge about newborn sleep

  • some tools to help start your baby down the path to healthy, independent sleeping skills

Services include:

  • Private 1 Hour Consultation

    • In a 1 hour (Phone or Zoom) consultation, we’ll discuss newborn babies’ sleep needs and how to recognize sleepiness. We will address how to establish a good schedule of feedings and sleeping for the baby. I will also give you tips on ways to help your newborn begin to establish healthy sleeping habits.

  • Detailed Newborn Sleep Plan

    • The techniques in my newborn sleep plan will educate you about newborn sleep and teach you how to start to foster healthy sleep habits for your baby.

  • Three Follow Up Phone Calls

    • We will schedule three follow up phone calls during the first 12 weeks to talk about how your baby is sleeping.  Since newborn sleep changes often we will space these calls out every few weeks.  These calls will last about 20 minutes each.  

  • Tranquil Beginnings Tool Kit

    • ​This is information for you to help you tackle anything that could come up with your baby’s sleep.  Topics include: nap transitions, travel tips, teething, illness, and daylight savings time change.

*The purpose of the newborn sleep consultation is to educate families about sleep for newborns and give tools to foster some healthy sleep habits.  This is not intended to help newborns sleep through the night.  Some newborns are not ready for longer periods of sleep until they are older and their development has progressed.
